The contact box to the right is where you specify your commission piece.

 

Please provide an email where I can reach you with and a name that you would like for me to refer to you by. In the "Subject" box is where you put the title of the commission. 

     

For the "Message" box, put specifics of what you want for your commission. Be detailed and sure of your order, so that I know what to follow. Make sure you have looked at the "Pricing" and "Commissions" tabs for specifics.
